I used Premier Comfort during December 2019 for my semi-annual tune-ups on 3 systems in my home. Mr. Rodriquez gave me an upfront price that was better than all other estimates I received. I was pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail he provided. He found numerous discrepancies that were not even mentioned by the previous company I used. These discrepancies were major and should have been at the least brought to my attention. Mr. Rodriquez took pictures of the inside of my unit that clearly showed mold in the plenum, water damage in the rear of the unit and a break in the exhaust which allowed carbon monoxide to leak in the attic. There was no pressure to have the work done, but considering these were serious issues, I had the work done immediately. I then decided to replace my heat pump and again Premier Comfort exceeded my expectations! In March 2020 Mr. Rodriquez came within 24 hours of my call to install UV light sanitizers in all 3 of my systems. I will only use and recommend Premier Comfort for HVAC installation and service because of Mr. Rodriquez’s level of professionalism, fair pricing, honesty and attention to detail. Definitely 5 Stars I have a professional customer service background and have carried that training and those expectations into my personal life. I have worked with seven different HVAC companies but Premiere Comfort is my last. Rarely do I find a company or provider that meets, let alone exceeds my expectations but Premier Comfort has done it. My interactions have been with the owner, Mr. Rodriquez (Bobby) and one of his assistants, Quan. They have truly been a delight to work with. They deliver the perfect combination of professionalism with excellent customer service. They arrive on time or close to the scheduled time. We all know that this type of work can’t always be done in the exact time allotted since each job and home is different. However, Mr. Rodriquez does communicate to let you know if he thinks your time may get pushed back because the current job is running longer than expected. They come ready to perform the work and respectful of your home. I don’t have to ask them to wear booties as I have with a FEW other companies. Premier Comfort’s work is clean and thorough with an eye for detail. Their goal seems to be to make certain that they are leaving you with a system that functions properly and will do so for a long time....what a concept, right? When the work is complete they summarize what they have done and anything they found of concern. They even provide pictures to document what has been completed and/or what is required. This is such a refreshing approach and valuable “component“ because much of their work is performed in areas that I prefer not to enter. I wish more companies and contractors would provide this service. I find that their pricing is comparable to or lower than the industry rates; which is great. But when I compare what Premier Comfort actually provides compared to the other six companies I’ve worked with, theirs is by far a much better value. Premier Comfort checks all of the boxes: friendly, punctual, thorough, professional, efficient, competitive rates. I will work with them for as long as I own a home.
